What We Do
Five services. One local crew you can actually trust.
Most Utah County homeowners juggle a different vendor for every outdoor chore. We cover five of them — so your home gets the same crew, the same standard, and one easy phone call.
Window Cleaning
Interior & exterior cleaning for homes and businesses across Utah County — streak-free on every pane, frame, sill, and track. We remove hard water stains as part of the job, at no upcharge, and sweat the details until the glass is so clear it’s like looking outside in HD.

Permanent Lighting
Year-round architectural lighting in three options at different price points. We hide the wires better than anyone around and make clean, professional cuts — none of the sloppy installs you see elsewhere. Financing available.

Solar Panel Cleaning
Dust alone can cut a panel’s output 10–20%. Left uncleaned, smog deposits and acid rain start etching the glass for good. We wash residential & commercial arrays with deionized water and soft-bristle brushes that won’t void your warranty.

Screen Repair & Replacement
We clean your screens as part of most services, but repair and replacement are a separate service. We stock most common frame sizes for same-visit fixes, build screens in a range of meshes, and install FlexScreens.

Christmas Lights
Custom-cut holiday displays on commercial-grade LEDs. We lease the lights, so your colors can change year to year — and if anything ever breaks, we fix it within 24 hours. Booking opens each October.
Utah Specialty
Utah’s hard water is brutal on glass — we make the spots disappear.
If you’ve lived in Utah County for more than a year, you’ve seen what hard water does to glass — sprinkler overspray, mineral buildup, that permanent-looking haze along the bottom of every pane.
Here’s the difference: most companies either won’t touch hard water stains, tack on $10–$20 per window, or make you sign a contract first. We remove them as part of a standard cleaning — no upcharge, no contract.
And it isn’t just about today. Lifting those minerals off now keeps them from etching permanently into the glass, so your windows stay clearer for years.

What homeowners are actually saying.
Hunter and his crew were very professional and cleaned the windows to perfection. They even removed the stubborn hard-water deposits on my old windows! They were fast, friendly, and efficient! I highly recommend them!Chris SoutasVerified Google review · Utah County
Could NOT be happier with this company. They came by my house one afternoon and were here the next afternoon ready to clean my windows. I am almost 70 years old and I did NOT look forward to climbing a ladder to wash windows. So, I had not cleaned my windows in several years. They were professional, courteous and honest. Now I have the cleanest windows.Laura AndersonVerified Google review · Utah County
We had years worth of hard water residue from sprinklers on the basement windows and these guys were able to get it all off. We had tried, but had never been successful. Now we can actually see out of those windows. Love the job they did and would not only recommend them but will use them again in the future.Cheryl VargasVerified Google review · Utah County
Frequently Asked
Questions, answered.
Six of the most common questions we get from new clients across Utah County.
Most single-family homes run $150–$350 for exterior-only cleaning, or $250–$600 for full interior and exterior, depending on the number of windows, story height, and how many screens are involved. Commercial pricing is based on a quick walk-through. Every estimate is free, and we can usually quote over the phone the same day.
For most Utah County homes, 2–4 times a year keeps the glass clear — quarterly is the sweet spot. Homes near construction, farmland, or busy roads lean toward the higher end. Commercial storefronts are usually cleaned once or twice a month.
Yes — and at no extra charge, which is rare. Most companies either skip hard water stains, upcharge $10–$20 per window, or require a contract first. We remove them as part of a standard cleaning. In the rare case a stain has permanently etched the glass, we’ll let you know afterward — but it almost always comes out looking dramatically better.
Yes. Canyon Clear carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance on every job — residential and commercial. Certificates available on request.
Yes — most folks land on 2–4 visits a year, at a discount versus one-time pricing. There are no contracts and no commitment; just book the next visit whenever you like. And because we’re a single owner-run crew, you get the same people every time.
For exterior-only work, usually not — as long as we can reach and remove the screens from outside, you don’t need to be home. We’ll text when we arrive and when we’re done. Interior work needs access to each room with windows. Either way, you only pay after you’ve inspected and approved the job.
